In the proceedings initiated under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which was registered as Case No.13312 of 2025, Computerized Case No.T202515060313312, interim protection was granted in favour of the petitioner on 04.12.2025 by the Respondent No.2 namely Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Azamgarh. 2. The aforesaid order was recalled by him on 01.01.2026. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition. 3. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. From perusal of both the orders namely order dated 04.12.2025 as well as order dated 01.01.2026, the Court is of the prima facie opinion that both the orders are passed without assigning any reasons.
