Against the allotment of fishery lease rights made in favour of the private- respondents namely Surendra Verma and Manjesh Verma, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the Revenue Authority since, no action has been taken, the present writ petition. 2. Under Rule 59 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code Rules, 2016, procedure has been provided to preferred an appeal before the Collector against the lease granted in favour of any person. 3. In this view of the matter, petitioner is permitted to move a proper application ventilating all his grievances before the authority concerned as provided under Rule 59 of the Rules, 2016. If such application is filed, authority concerned will decide the same, strictly in accordance with law. 4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
