In the proceedings initiated under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against the petitioners, an order of eviction, recovery and damages was passed on 10.11.2022 by the Respondent No.3. 2. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, a recall application was filed which was also rejected vide order dated 25.09.2025. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, statutory appeal was preferred by the petitioners before the District Collector, Prayagraj on 08.10.2025. 3. It is argued that along-with the said appeal, an application for the grant of interim protection was also filed on 08.10.2025, copy of which is appended as Annexure-1 to the writ petition but till date no order has been passed, hence the present writ petition. 4.
