The petitioner has challenged auction notice dated 30.12.2025 issued by the respondent No.4/Auction Officer/Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Bhanpur, District Basti. 3. It is informed by Sri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent No.5/Gaon Sabha in the aforesaid auction notice, the date of auction was fixed on 08.01.2026. 4. From perusal of the record, nothing has been found in the entire record as well as averments made in the writ petition that what is the outcome of the aforesaid notice on the date fixed, i.e., on 08.01.2026. 5.
