It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that for correction in the entry made under class 6-1 i.e. non-agricultural/ submerged land (wrongly entered in the Khatauni) of the land of the Petitioner bearing arazi/ gata no. 562 area 1.7000 hectare situated at Village-Kursato, Tehsil-Raja Talab, District-Varanasi as class-1-Ka i.e. bhumidhari land, the petitioner submitted an application on 12.03.2025 before the respondent No.4/Tehsildar, Tehsil Rajatalab, District Varanasi. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 2.
