It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that the order passed by the respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Mau dated 04.05.2023 though the same has become final but it has not been complied with till date. It is further argued that since the order dated 04.05.2023 has not been complied with hence a representation has been made by counsel for the petitioner before the respondent no.2 on 24.04.2025. Since no decision has been taken on the representation hence present writ petition. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, present writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file appropriate application before the respondent no.3 itself within three weeks.
