The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Additional Commissioner (Administration) Prayagraj Region Prayagraj to decide Appeal No.734 of 2024 (Computer Case No.C20240200000074) expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the Court below since long and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2
