The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Modinagar, District Ghaziabad to decide the Application dated 15.04.2025 filed under Section 32/38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously. 4. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 5.
