Revenue Code registered as Case No.15721 of 2025 (Computer Case no. T202517140315721) Land Management Committee, Madarpur versus Mohd. Arif) pending before Tahsildar, Sadar, Basti. ii. Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the entire proceeding under section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code registered as case no. 15721 of 2025 (Computer Case No. T202517140315721) Land Management Committee, Madarpur versus Mohd. Arif, pending before Tehsildar, Sadar, Basti." 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by Shri P.K. Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.3 that writ petition has
