Court No. - 6 HON'BLE PRAKASH PADIA, J. 1. The proceedings under Section 144 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was initiated by the petitioner. During pendency of the aforesaid suit an application for impleadment was filed by one Rohini Babu Singh Chari/private respondent no.8, which was allowed by the respondents no.2-Additional Commissioner (Administration), Agra Division, Agra & 3-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Kheragarh, District Agra vide order dated 06.08.2024. Aggrieved against the aforesaid revision was filed under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which was rejected by the respondent no.2 vide order dated 16.12.2025.
