A preliminary objection has been raised by the counsel for the respondents that against the aforesaid order, statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file an appeal as provided under sub Section (2) of Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. This fact has not been denied by the counsel for the petitioner. 4.
