The proceedings initiated by the petitioner under Section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.2198 of 2022 was dismissed for want of prosecution by respondent No.3/Sub Divisinal Officer, Tehsil Rudhauli, District Basti vide order dated 13.03.2024. Aggrieved with the aforesaid order, the petitioner has preferred the First Appeal as provided under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the Additional Commissioner (Administration) Basti Division Basti which was also rejected by him vide order dated 08.12.2025. Hence the present petition. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, a preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha that against the aforesaid order, statutory alternative remedy is availble to the petitioner to file Second Appeal as provided under Section 208 of U.P.
