The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition is to direct the respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Judicial, Tehsil- Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur to decide the Appeal No.558 of 2025, Computerized Case No.T2025143660300558 expeditiously. 4.
