Revenue Code, 2006 by the Respondent No.1 namely Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Ist, Jhansi Division, Jhansi are under challenge. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the counsel for the respondents that against the order dated 17.10.2025 passed by the Respondent No.1, statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file a second appeal as provided under Section 208 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. This fact has not been denied by the counsel for the petitioner. 4.
