To provide the paper dated 01.11.2022, 25.01.1990, 13.03.1999 and 13.11.2007 which is report is made by the S.D.M 09.11.2022 related to the Awasiya Patta rejecting the petitioners in view of suit no. 1467 of 2025 Sandeep Kumar Vs. Shaym Kumari Under Section 66 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 2. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioners to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed. 3. Prayer made is allowed. 4. The writ petition is dismissed. 5. It is made clear that no liberty has been granted to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. 6.
