Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. The petitioner has preferred present petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent to measure/demarcate plot no.583 area about .2151 hectare and 628 area about .3100 hectare which is situated in /village Galibpur, Tehsil and Pargana, Debai, District-Bulandshahar, 3. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case petitioner wants measurement/demarcation, petitioner has statutory alternative remedy to move a proper application before the authority concerned as provided under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, present petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner. (Prakash Padia,J.)
