Revenue Code, 2006 statutory appeal as provided under sub-Section (4) of Section 24 of the Code, 2006 was filed by the petitioner before the Commissioner, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj, which was numbered as Appeal No.3055 of 2025, Computer Case No.202502000003055. Along-with said appeal an application for grant of interim protection was also filed, which is pending. 2.
