Revenue Code, 2006 was initiated by the petitioner, which was registered as Case No.05878 of 2020 in which an order dated 30.12.2020 was passed by the respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Maunath Bhanjan, District Mau in favour of the petitioner. Aggrieved against the aforesaid recall application was filed by the private respondent no.10 namely Pramod before the respondent no.2 along-with application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act. Both the applications were allowed vide order dated 07.01.2026. Aggrieved against the aforesaid petitioner has preferred present writ petition. 2.
