The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition to direct the Respondent No.2 namely Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Jakhaniya, District Ghazipur to decide the restoration application dated 18.09.2023 filed in Case No.2757 of 2023 (Devraji vs. Munesar and others) within stipulated period. 4.
