After hearing counsel for the parties and perusal of record it transpires that for the reasons best known to the revisional court, the revision is pending from last more than 14 years but till date no decision has been taken. 3. In this view of the matter and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh before whom the aforesaid revision is pending is directed to decide the same, most expeditiously and positively within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before him, unless
