Proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was initiated against the petitioner on the report submitted by the Lekhpal dated 11.06.2021 which was registered as Case No.3784 of 2021, Computerized Case No.T202115060703784. The same was allowed by the Respondent No.3/ Assistant Collector First Class/ Tehsildar, Tehsil Sagari, District Azamgarh vide order dated 25.05.2023. By the aforesaid order the petitioner was evicted. 2. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, statutory appeal under Section 67(5) was filed which was registered as Case No.4164 of 2025, Computerized Case No.D202515060004164. The said appeal was dismissed by the Chief Revenue Officer, Azamgarh on 31.12.2025. 3.
