Revenue Code, 2006 in Case No.1362 of 2025 passed by the Respondent No.2 namely Collector/ District Magistrate, Kaushambi is under challenge. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the counsel for the respondents that against the aforesaid order, statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file an appeal as provided under sub- Section (4) of Section 38 of the Code, 2006. 3. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy. 4. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order which is challenged in the present writ petition to the counsel for the petitioner after keeping the photocopy of the same.
