The petitioner has preferred present petition inter- alia with the prayer to quash the order dated 17.12.2025 passed by respondent no.2-Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Second Gorakhpur, Gorakhpur as well as order dated 30.01.2025 passed by respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gola, Gorakhpur. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to approach the Board of Revenue as per Section 208 of the U.P.
