Counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the prayer no.2 which reads as follows:- "(ii) issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus to directing the court below i.e. respondent no.2 to decide the 3144 of 2025, being Computer no. C202501000003144 (Dalip Singh versus Mamta and others) under section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending before him with stipulated period." 2. Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3. 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed today, notices need not be issued to the private respondents. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No.2 namely Additional Commissioner (Administration), Agra Division, Agra to take a decision in the aforesaid matter,
