The said application was filed to recall the exparte order dated 16.10.2025. 2. Heard counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3. 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed today, notices need not be issued to the private respondents. 4.
