It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 09.09.2025 passed by the respondent no.3/Tehsildar, Tehsil Kalpi, District Jalaun in the proceedings initiated under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is absolutely non speaking order and the same has been passed in complete violation of the law laid down by Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Rishipal Singh and others Vs. State of U.P. and others reported in 2023 (1) ADJ 154. It is argued that without considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, statutory appeal as provided under sub Section (5) of Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 filed by the petitioner was rejected by the respondent No.2/Collector Jalaun vide order dated 17.12.2025. 2. The matter requires consideration. 3.
