The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the second-respondent namely Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Sadar not to proceed to decide the Case No.T202214360400912 (Subash vs. Gram Sabha) under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 during the pendency of the Writ C No.29304 of 2024 (Ramesh Chandra vs. State of U.P. & others). 2. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as not pressed. 3. Prayer is allowed. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed. 5.
