It is argued that notice issued under Rule 67(2) read with Rule 67(5), dated 04.09.2025 by the Respondent No.4 namely Assistant Collector (1st Class)/ Tehsildar, Shahganj, District Jaunpur under Rules 2016 against the petitioner. Aggrieved against the aforesaid, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition. 2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents placed before this Court an order dated 23.08.2025 passed in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No.2374 of 2025. It is argued that notice has been issued pursuant to the aforesaid order and in place of approaching this Court either the petitioner will submit the reply in response to the notice dated 04.09.2025 or file an application in the aforesaid PIL. 3. In this view of the matter, relief sought by the petitioner could not be granted to him. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. (Prakash Padia,J.) February 11, 2026 Swati
