The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to qush the order dated 07.11.2023 passed by the Assistant Collector (Ist Class/Tehsildar, Tehsil Sambhal District Sambhal/respondent No.2 in Case No.5663 of 2022 filed under Section 67 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file an appeal as provided under Sub Section 5 of Section 67 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. 3. Since the petitioner has got an effective alternative remedy for redressal of his grievances. this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy available to the petitioner.
