The writ petition in question has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondents/authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2024, copy of which appended as Annexure No. 2 to the writ petition. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State that the relief as sought for by the petitioner in the aforesaid petition can only be granted by initiating the proceedings as provided under Section 134 of the U.P. Review Code, 2006. At this point of time a prayer a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to initiate the aforesaid proceedings.
