Revenue Code, 2006 being Case No.7653 of 2024 (T202414291007653) is under challenge. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, a preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for the respondents that against the aforesaid order, statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file appeal as provided under Sub Section 4 of Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. This fact is also very clearly admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner and argued that time limit for filing appeal is within 30 days, hence a prayer has been made to permit the petitioner to file appeal within three weeks from today and the appellate authority be directed to
