It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the relief sought in the present petition, certain persons have approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court by filing Special Leave Petition (C) No.4229 of 2025 (Sewa Ram & others Vs. Hari Chand & Others) in which judgement and order dated 21.01.2025 has been passed in their favour. 2. In this view of the matter, it is argued by learned counsel for the petitioners to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 3.This prayer has not been opposed by learned Standing Counsel. 4.
