The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent No.2/Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to expedite the hearing of Appeal filed by the private respondents under Section 38(4) of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006. 2. From perusal of the record, it is clear that the aforesaid appeal is filed in the month of July, 2025 which was admitted by the respondent No.2 vide order dated 19.08.2025. When a query has been raised by the Court from the counsel for the petitioner what is the urgency in the matter and what is locus of the petitioner, he could not give satisfactory answer and even though the order sheets have not been filed along with the writ petition. 3.
