Along-with appeal filed by the petitioners under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which was numbered as Appeal No.C202514000003495, an application for grant of interim relief was also filed on 31.12.2025. The said application was also supported by an affidavit. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioners that interim protection is urgently required hence present writ petition. 3. On the other hand it argued by learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-State that respondent no.2-Additional Commissioner, Judicial, Mohammdabad, District Ghazipur before whom aforesaid appeal is pending will decide the application for grant of interim protection dated 31.12.2025 expeditiously. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid application expeditiou
