The only relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is to direct the respondent no. 2 namely Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil, Sagri, District Azamgarh, to finally decide the Appeal bearing Computerized No. T- 202415060701945 (Sriram Versus Ram Sakal) Case No. 1945 of 2024, under Section 35(2) of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, and other connected appeals, expeditiously within specific period. 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent/respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court.
