Heard learned counsel for petitioners/applicant and perused the record. 2. The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-allia with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 15.09.2025 passed by the respondent no. 3 namely Sub Divisional Magistrate Tilhar, District Shahjahanpur and further prayer has been made to direct the respondent no. 2 namely District Magistrate, District Shahjahanpur, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2025 and till the disposal of the representation, the petitioner may not be dispossessed from the land of Patta of plantation of trees in dispute. 3. After hearing of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is finally disposed of my me in open court vide order dated 23.03.2026, and while going through the aforesaid order in chamber, it transpires that the claim of the petitioner for renewal of license has already been rejected b
