Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. The only relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is to direct the respondent no. 2, namely Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur to register and decide the Case under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in pursuance of the Order Dated 17.12.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 38032 of 2024 [Vipin Kumar Sharma Vs. State of U.P. & 4 others] within stipulated period of time as directed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent/respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case respondent/respondents feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the
