The only relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is to direct the respondent no. 2 namely the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Prayagraj Division Prayagraj) to decide the Appeal/Case No. 2676 of 2024 Computerized Case No. C202402000002673 (Dashrath & Ors. Vs. Smt. Shanti Devi & Ors.) under Section 24(4) U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent/respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court.
