The only relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is to direct the respondent no. 2 namely Additional Commissioner 1st, Prayagraj Division, District Prayagraj, to decide the revision bearing Case No. 00721 of 2020 (Computerized Case No. C202002000000721) [Brahma Prasad & Ors. Vs. Heera Lal & Ors] under Section 219 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period of time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent/respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case respondent/respondents feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept
