The only relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is to direct the respondent no. 3 namely Additional Up-Zila Adhikari, Ballia to decide the Recall Application dated 03.09.2025 filed under Section 209(h) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 bearing No. 861 of 2025 [between Surendra Yadav & Another Vs. Rajendra and Ors], expeditiously within specific period. 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent/respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court.
