The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to comply with the order dated 10.09.2025 passed by the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Saidpur, District Ghazipur. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings under Section 24(2) of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 by the petitioner which was numbered as Case No.6619 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T202514290406619) before the respondent No.3 in which order dated 10.09.2025 has been passed in favour petitioner. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date the aforesaid order has not been complied. 4.
