By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main relief (s) :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to 4 to remove the illegal commercial structure which is raised by the opposite party no.5 over the resident plot (31x6), Mohalla Nai Bazar, Dakshini, Mahmoodabad, Sitapur." 3. The contention of the petitioner's counsel is that the commercial complex was constructed by the opposite party no.5 illegally, whereas the map, which was sanctioned, was for a residential purpose.
