Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-State and perused the record. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent/respondents to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case respondent/respondents feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. In Revision No. C-2011170000119, filed under Section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue, Act, 1901 an order of remand dated 10.03.2017 was passed by Additional Collector (Administration), Basti Division, Basti. 4. By the aforesaid order the respondent no. 3 namely the Assistant Collector/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Harraiya, District Basti, was directed to decide the matter afresh. 5. It is argued by learned c
