Against the order dated 09.02.2024 passed by the respondent No.4/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Sadar, District Varanasi in the proceedings initiated under Section 33/39 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, statutory revision as provided under Section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 was filed by the petitioner before the respondent No.2/Additional Commissioner (Administration) Varanasi Division Varanasi. Though the said revision was admitted but the application for grant of interim relief was rejected. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that order by which application for grant of interim relief was rejected is per se illegal as the order impugned has been passed by without assigning any reason. 3.
