The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia challenging the order dated 16.10.2025 passed by respondent no.2-Commissioner, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh. By the aforesaid order the matter was remanded back by the respondent no.2-Commissioner, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh before the respondent no.3-Chief Revenue Officer, Azamgarh. 2. After some arguments counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer to direct the respondent no.3 before whom matter is pending to decide the same expeditiously. 3. In view of the same, present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to decide the matter afresh pursuant to the order passed by the respondent no.2 expeditiously and preferably within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
