The only prayer made in the present petition is to direct the respondent No.2/Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, Tehsil Basgaon District Gorakhpur to decide the Case No.1844 of 2025 (Gram Sabha Vs. Ram Prakash) under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. From perusal of the record,it is clear that the proceedings were initiated under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against Ram Prakash while the present petition has been filed by Ramakant. Nothing has been stated in the entire petition that what is the locus of the petitioner to file present petition. 4.
