Reply to the same was filed by the petitioner on 18.12.2025. 3. The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition to direct the Respondent No.2 namely Assistant Collector/ Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil- Karvi, District- Chitrakoot to take a final decision in the aforesaid notice. 4.
