The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondents to correct the category of land in question Arazi No. 140 Minjumala area 3.065 hectares situated at Mauja Utwara, Tehsil Khair, District Aligarh from category 5-3 'ग' into category 1 'क', in the revenue record, within stipulated period of time. 3.
