It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings under Section 24(2) of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 by the petitioner which was numbered as Case No.7073 of 2021 (Computerized Case No.T202102030407073) before the respondent No.3/Deputy District Magistrate, Handia, District Prayagraj in which order dated 30.08.2023 has been passed in favour petitioner. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date the aforesaid order has not been complied. 4.
