HON'BLE ABDHESH KUMAR CHAUDHARY, J. 1. After hearing the parties, what comes out is that there is a dispute in respect of some property between the petitioner and the private opposite party. In that context, the police has taken some steps in terms of Section 126 (3) read with 135 BNSS, 2023. This is hardly a matter to be interfered under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. There are remedies prescribed in law against such actions under Section 126 read with 135 BNSS, 2023. Writ petition is not the remedy. For other disputes pertaining to possession or title also, writ petition is not the remedy. For obtaining certified copies of the orders etc. from the Nagar Nigam also, there are prescribed procedures, which can be availed and if there is no legal impediment, the same can be considered. 2.
